How it works..

Created for fuss free couples wanting beautiful romantic flowers, but aren’t concerned on varieties and styles. Flowers that are hand selected and designed in our signature garden style Decor items for couples to purchase or hire and return to us after the event. Delivery OR on the day contactless collection with full care instructions.

*Minimum order value of $500 Please note Express Weddings are not suited to couples wanting consultations, particular colours, different design styles, large scale designs or full-service bookings. For full serviced booking please contact us info@lilli-anthus.com.au

Select from our gorgeous blooms and choose exactly what you need for your wedding or event. Add the items to your cart and check out. Select pick up or delivery and that’s it!

*All orders must be placed at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding/event date.

Bookings

Bookings are only made once a 30% deposit has been paid. Unfortunately, we do not accept any tentative bookings. By agreeing and paying your booking deposit you are automatically agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Payments

Initial booking deposit of 30% is payable.

Final payment is to be made no later than 3 weeks to your wedding date, late payments can delay your flowers. Our preferred method for payment is by Direct Deposit

Cancellation/Refunds

If you need to cancel for whatever the reason, you may do so 4 weeks prior to your event date. No refunds on any payments are given after this time. If you cancel prior to the 4 week deadline you will be charged a $250 plus gst administrative fee. If you decide to postpone your wedding/ event date you can do so 4 weeks prior to the wedding event date, this will incur a $100 plus gst administrative fee, we will work with you with our availability for your next date. If you select a date and we are not available for your new postponement date your booking will be treated as a cancellation and our cancellation fee will apply.

Customizations

We have created our most popular designs for our express weddings. In order to keep the express wedding service simple and streamline we do not offer modifications, if you love our style and what we do, you will be thrilled with our selections and trust we will choose the finest flowers for your wedding day. Cancellation of Items

Express weddings are designed to keep things simple and to reduce the administrative time behind weddings, we encourage little changes as possible to your orders. You can make minimal changes to you order up to 4 weeks prior to your event date, any changes within the 4 week deadline is not permitted as we would have ordered your flowers from our suppliers and are committed to that order. For EG; If you require one less table centre, we will allocate those blooms into other arrangements to make them bigger and better.

Delivery/Pickup

At checkout, you will have the choice to pick up the flowers or have them delivered. Pick up will be at our studio in the Adelaide Hills and incurs no cost. You may require a van or large vehicle/s to collect your items. We recommend picking up the day of your wedding/event to ensure the freshest blooms possible. Pick up times are strict and you will be advised of a pickup time/ window.

We deliver across all areas of Adelaide, the Hills, Mclaren Vale, Barossa, and beyond. Delivery fees start at $150 depending on the location and number of items to deliver. All deliveries are operated by our professional flower couriers who are experienced at handling precious blooms. If you choose to have your flowers delivered, we will send you a separate link to pay for the delivery once your order has been placed.

Other important details

  • A nominated bond will be required for any hired items. This amount will be refunded to you once our hired items are returned. You will be sent a separate invoice for this. You do have the option of purchasing your vases if you do not wish to hire them.
  • Your wedding flowers will be professional packed ready for unpacking at their destination. all our packing items, hired vases, crates must be returned to us no later than 3 days after your event date, this includes public holiday days. If items are not returned in this time frame you will be charged for the missing items at their retail rate.
  • Due to the nature of working with live products, Lilli-anthus floral design reserves the right to make floral substitutions where necessary. We are working with nature and due to many unpredictable scenarios like pests, weather, shipping amongst other variables, some flower can be unavailable, we will always make appropriate substitutions where necessary.
  • The photos shown are a representation of how the arrangements may look. Actual designs are dependent on many factors like flower selections which will change from season to season and also on the artistic interpretation of the designer.
  • Lilli-anthus floral design is not responsible for the condition of the flowers after they are delivered. All our flowers are of the freshest and finest quality, we make it our goal to ensure the blooms are at their best before they leave our care. It is imperative that care instructions emailed to you and also followed on the day.

Ordering

  • When should I place my order?
    1. anytime with a deadline of up until 4 weeks before your wedding/ event date.
  • Are you available on “X” date?
    • yes! however we will advise at checkout if we are unavailable for your date.
  • Can I place my order for a Sunday or holiday?
    • Yes! however if we are unavailable you will be advised – bear in mind some deliver services do not operate on holiday days / holiday breaks including Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.
  • Can I pick up my order a day before my wedding?
    • It is best that you pick up or have someone pick up the flowers the day of for ultimate freshness, or for less stress engage in our delivery service.
  • Can I add to my order?
    • Yes, you may place as many orders as you need as long as it is before our 4 week deadline.

Customizations

  • Can I customize my Express order?
    • to keep the process simple, streamlined and affordable, we do not offer customizations. Some slight changes may be allowed eg a slight colour change, Make your request simple and in writing via email.
  • Will my bouquet / arrangements and arrangements look exactly like the photo?
    • No, we never replicate each arrangement- we couldn’t if we tried! imagine having the same bouquet / arrangements as our next bride??!! Flowers are unique and vary depending on the time of year. have faith in us and trust us knowing that your bouquet / arrangements will be made uniquely for you and will not look like every other wedding/ event. Depending on what we can get at market that week, we always will try to add a few unique items to make your florals extra special and different. Also, note that certain flowers seen in the photos are not available year-round.

  • What if I don’t want a big bouquet?
    • You can choose the bridesmaid bouquet for a smaller understated option!
  • How do I attach my arbour flowers?
    • cable ties do the trick and these will be included if you ordered arbour flowers. You will need someone to attached these to your arbour.
  • I don’t see “X” on the menu, do you have it available?
    • our Express options are designed to keep the cost down and the process easy! we have covered all the necessary options for a simple fuss free wedding, if you wish to have more elaborate designs you may require our design service, please email us info@lilli-anthus.com.au

Cancellation/Changes

  • Can I cancel my express order?
    • You may cancel your order no later than 4 weeks before your wedding date.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    • We will give a full refund if the order is cancelled 4 weeks prior to the event date, less an $250 administrative fee.
  • Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
